Photography has been a lifelong passion that has grown into a career built around connection, travel, and storytelling. 

As a seasoned destination wedding photographer working internationally, I have had the privilege of documenting weddings across different countries, cultures, and environments, each one shaping the way I see people and the way I approach my work.

I am naturally drawn to observing rather than directing, to noticing the energy in a room, the way people interact, and the small, honest details that often go unseen. Over time, this has become the foundation of how I photograph, with awareness, intuition, and a deep appreciation for real moments as they unfold.

Travel and destination work have also taught me how to move with adaptability and ease, stepping into new spaces with care, understanding, and respect for each couple’s experience and environment. No two weddings are ever the same, and I value that deeply.

At the heart of it, I am someone who is constantly inspired by people and their stories. I feel incredibly grateful to do work that allows me to witness such meaningful moments and preserve them in a way that feels true to each couple.

The name “KT Preston” holds no grand story; it began simply as my soft abbreviation paired with my middle name. But over time, it became much more: a reflection of who I am at my core, quiet, intentional, and deeply connected to the work I create.

Today, I travel the world, capturing love stories not through staged frames, but in the unposed moments where the real magic resides. My work is inspired by soft light, honest emotion, and the quiet poetry in every celebration. I believe in creating images that outlive the moment they are taken, the kind you feel decades from now.

My mission remains simple: to create photographs that feel like art and memories all at once.
